His entrepreneurial spirit took a concrete form in his sophomore year when he established Above 10 Landscaping LLC. Located in Plymouth, Michigan, Above 10 Landscaping has grown rapidly to service over 50 clients annually across Wayne County. AJ manages two teams, each with four dedicated employees who deliver a wide range of landscaping services. From basic lawn care to the more intricate tasks of installing sophisticated sprinkler systems and designing decorative stonework, the company caters to a diverse client base, ensuring high service and customer satisfaction. AJ demonstrated exceptional academic and athletic capabilities throughout his education at Catholic Central High School in Novi, Michigan. He maintained a 4.33 GPA and excelled as a point guard and co-captain of the basketball team. His early work experience at Meadows Fine Wine and Liquor gave him valuable insights into business operations and customer service, skills he has adeptly applied to his entrepreneurial ventures. Community service is a cornerstone of AJ's ethos. He has devoted considerable time to coaching young athletes at Get Skillz Basketball, teaching them the fundamentals of the sport and the importance of teamwork and discipline. He also volunteers at Hoopdrillz Basketball Academy and St. Mary’s Montessori, where he plays a vital role in supporting youth development and education. In 2024, AJ committed to international community service, participating in a volunteer mission to Jamaica. There, he and other volunteers provided essential services to 300 locals, further showcasing his dedication to positively impacting lives both locally and internationally.
