Furthermore, Alvarez was responsible for creating daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using both existing and newly created tables within the SQL Oracle database. He played a pivotal role in the implementation and data migration to the "Snowflake Interface," enhancing the analytical tools available to CVS's Inventory and Operational team. He also led weekly training sessions to improve the SQL writing skills of the Inventory Planning team. He chaired weekly S&OP Forecast Consensus meetings, aligning marketing, operations, and supply planning forecasts with risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
