- About me: Passionate about learning and development, I have been working with governments, ministries, chambers of commerce, organizations supporting them to define their policies, practices, processes. 

I have been researching and  working with Openness since 2001. In 2006, I decided, in the EC projects that I was leading, the content developed and to be transferred to the other partners should be waived from all copyrights under what I called at the time a “Social Responsibility” policy.

Basically, having a great time and making \( I hope\) a difference.
