Hi, my name is Katie Noble and I am a junior at Augsburg University located in Minneapolis. I am pursuing a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in English Writing and I plan on going into public relations after I graduate. My hope is that this blog will show people what it is like to live with depression and anxiety so that someday the stigma surrounding mental health may end. My dream is that people struggling silently with mental health issues will feel comfortable seeking the help they need.
