- About me: I am  Nicole Tholmer and I once struggled with finding my life's purpose and fell into a depression. I hated my job, was mismanaging my finances, had unhealthy friendships that left me feeling drained and filled with anger and resentment. However, with some hope, reflection and guidance, I was able to move through that and build a life I now find satisfying and rewarding. 

What sets me apart from other therapists?  I am very active in therapy. I listen, work with you to set expectations and provide you with the tools, building upon your strengths to help you move forward.  I use humor, my life experiences and training to help you get unstuck. What makes me unique is that I bring my authentic self into the session and meet you where you are.
