- About me: WediaWix is a mixed media collaborative enterprise founded by Shaan Couture and Daniel Duchêne in late 2010. Relocated in San Diego, CA, WediaWix uses a diversity of methods of expression to share information in the purpose of creating social awareness, entertainment, and a platform for contributive exchange.


Daniel and Shaan first got together in Montreal, Canada, during their undergraduate studies. Having gone through a different yet somehow similar path – he grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil and then lived a few years in Washington, D.C before moving to Canada; and she grew up in Paris, lived a couple years in New York, then moved to Montreal –, Shaan and Daniel have developed a strong work chemistry that they share through their passion for visual arts.

With academic competencies in the fields of communication, sociology, and journalism, the duo created WediaWix as a concrete form of their professional compatibility.
