I am a 20-something therapist living and working at a small university in Ohio. Fitness is something that has always been important to me, and now I mostly stay fit by running. Eating healthy is important to me, but so is chocolate! I love fashion and getting dressed up, and am somewhat of a girly-girl at heart!
