Misch, he was involved in various commercial building projects throughout the Detroit area, including managing the construction of Michigan National Bank and AAA consumer branches. His most notable achievement during this time was overseeing the construction of the AAA World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan, across from the Ford Twin Towers. In 1989, Robert Edward Napior shifted his career focus and founded Event Logistics, Inc. in Brookline, New Hampshire. The company manages significant outdoor events, mainly nationwide multi-day camping festivals. Robert's early work included helping organize considerable music festivals, such as the Phish camping festivals and the early Bonnaroo Festival. His involvement in these events allowed him to develop critical skills in event logistics, working closely with clients, suppliers, and local teams to deliver successful large-scale events. In 2001, Robert took a significant step by becoming the Managing Member and 50% owner of Deployed Resources. Based in Tampa, Florida, the company provides equipment and services to government agencies, disaster relief efforts, and significant events. Under Robert’s leadership, Deployed Resources has become a leading provider of temporary base camps for military, disaster recovery, and important events. His expertise in cost estimation, project management, and logistics has been crucial to the company’s success.
