Born and raised in the Salt Lake area. Participated in extra-curricular events and was an athlete at Brighton High School. Moved to Brazil and served for two years as a full-time missionary for the LDS church. Earned an Associates Degree at SLCC while actively participating as a student body officer. Mid-way through earning a bachelors in Nutrition through USUs program at SLCC, when deciding instead to change paths and become a software developer.
