Per Jacob Solli
Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., a healthcare company leading the way in ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness. Born in Brønnøysund, Norway, and now living in Florida, Per Jacob has spent more than 30 years building businesses, training elite athletes, and demonstrating leadership through action. What began as an idea in 2007 has grown into a multi-million-dollar company, shaped by his broad experience in multiple industries and his commitment to providing wellness and medical services that achieve real results. His focus on healthcare innovation was born from personal challenges. In 2000, he was attacked with an iron bar, suffering injuries that required over a dozen surgeries, most recently in 2022. When conventional medicine could not heal the infection that followed, he turned to his knowledge of discipline, sports science, and trusted experts. Training six days a week, he rebuilt his strength from the ground up. In 2006–2007, after using alternative methods to help extend his mother’s life by more than 15 years, he realized there was a better way to care for people. That realization became the foundation of Kokoon. Before starting Kokoon, Per Jacob spent years coaching high-performance soccer teams across Europe. The intense demands of working with elite athletes taught him discipline, adaptability, and how to unify people with different personalities toward common goals. These lessons have remained central to his leadership style, influencing how he builds strong teams and navigates high-stakes decisions. Under his leadership, Kokoon Global Inc. has become a debt-free, cash-rich organization that owns all of its assets. With no lenders, the company operates independently, staying focused on its mission: bringing dignity and results to healthcare. Kokoon’s model combines traditional medicine, advanced treatments, and wellness-based services, delivered by a carefully chosen team of experts, including industry veterans with decades of valuable experience. Adaptability has been one of his strongest qualities. For nearly two decades, he has worked alongside leading physicians and industrial advisors to ensure Kokoon remains ahead of the curve. He listens to the perspectives of those he respects but takes decisive action when it matters most. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when many paused operations, he moved forward with new ventures, turning uncertainty into growth. Trust and integrity are cornerstones of his leadership approach. He is known for being hands-on, direct, and transparent with investors and partners. Kokoon has faced significant challenges, including smear campaigns, online harassment, and two takeover attempts, but with the support of his family, legal team, and business allies, he defended the company’s independence and used adversity to strengthen its foundation. Family remains central to his life. He is a father to a daughter and a son in their early 30s, both of whom he considers his greatest achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he aims to pass on to them. Even with a busy work schedule and frequent travel between Norway and the United States, he stays focused on creating a better future for his children and for the families Kokoon serves. Kokoon’s growth continues with ambitious projects. In May 2025, the company began building a 23-surgical-room clinic in the Canary Islands. This development will help finance and accelerate the Miami Medical Resort, a unique blend of luxury living and advanced healthcare. Plans also include opening satellite centers in every U.S. state and pursuing dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States. Every expansion is managed within cash flow limits, ensuring stability and agility. At the heart of Kokoon’s success is Per Jacob Solli’s vision—a healthcare model that puts people first, delivers measurable results, and upholds uncompromising ethics. His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science gives him a unique understanding of healthcare’s real challenges. Through Kokoon, he is building not just a business, but a lasting legacy defined by innovation, resilience, and meaningful impact.
