Charlie Hadida

Hi I’m Charlie. I began my HVAC career at 19 years old, working on a full-time installation crew for a local South Florida company. Those early years were spent in the field every day, learning the value of hard work, clean installs, and doing things the right way. After three years in the trade, I expanded my knowledge by attending HVAC school, where I gained hands-on experience with every component of an air conditioning system. Tearing units down and rebuilding them from the ground up gave me a deep understanding of how systems truly operate. With that foundation, I went out on my own and built a client base entirely through word of mouth. Over time, that grew into a loyal group of more than 500 customers. 10 years later in March of 2025, Florida Cooling Group was officially formed. In our first year, we exceeded expectations—driven by referrals, reputation, and consistent service. We are the group that cares.
