I see myself as an artist/philosopher laboring in the salt mines of joy.  I've had a good long career of exhibiting work around the country and working on international outreach projects, most notably being the first American to be invited to exhibit in the Hermitage Museum.  Recently I have turned my attention from making metal sculpture to films and workshops and then to tinkering with the very ideas and mechanisms behind cultural transformation.  I feel that if humanity doesn't learn to favor our imaginative and creative capacities we won't long have a world to enjoy. I am looking for people who are exploring a new, more sustainable and compassionate future!
