- About me: Michael R Forrest was introduced to the Metaphysical world at the age of 14. It piqued his interest, and he began to absorb information from Yoga and meditation, to Astrology, Tarot, Past Lives.   

He began teaching classes at the age of 19 in 1971 in The White Plains New York area. He joined his Mother a well\-known psychic, Dr. Patricia Rochelle Diegel in Oahu Hawaii in 1974 where he developed a teaching circuit in the outer islands and California and Las Vegas. In 1977 he moved to Las Vegas where he developed Psychic Fairs that presented programs to conventioneers at major hotels. He was also a frequent guest on radio and television shows and had the opportunity to give Past Life and Tarot readings for many celebrities. He continued to teach classes on a variety of New Age subjects in places like Sedona Arizona.  

He took a slightly different path after his Son's birth in 1981 when he felt that he needed to use these abilities in the corporate world. He also was a licensed Private Investigator in Texas in the 1990's.   

He always had a love for alternative health and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 where he ran a successful wellness center in Southern Utah and he integrated New Age teachings in his "Center For Self Growth". He officially retired in 2022 and moved to Puerto Rico.  

However, retirement has meant that Michael now has the time to write and share his wealth of knowledge and unique insights with the world. Stay tuned, you'll be amazed by Michael's teachings and ability to communicate with clarity and simplicity.
