I’m interested in a question that sits beneath burnout: why do capable, ambitious people keep pushing even when the way they are working is no longer sustainable?
My work explores the patterns behind that question \- our relationship with ambition, responsibility, boundaries, pressure, and identity \- drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy \(ACT\), Neuro\-Linguistic Programming \(NLP\), and behavioural design.
