Hello. I'm a woman of a certain age. I have a Ph.D. in business management and a teen-aged daughter with Asperger's Syndrome. I've decided to blog in the hope of connecting with others who are interested in where organizations are going in general, and in particular, how we can make better use of the burgeoning number of witty, clever, and slightly awkward high functioning autistics who are going to be streaming into the workforce in the next few decades. I'd like to talk about hiring practices, work environments, innovation, emotional intelligence, intrinsic motivation, and a host of other topics that can influence our thinking about organizations, un-organizations, and how we're going to be connecting with one another going forward.
