- About me: I am the Technology Director for Mountain Brook Schools.  As a founding member of AETA \(Alabama Educational Technology Associate\), I have had the luxury of working with all of the technology leaders in our great state.  I am a long time member of  ISTE and CoSN, am the current leader for CoSN's Alabama Chapter\-\-CALL \(CoSN ALabama Leaders\),  a member of CLAS,  am on the Advisory Board for STI/INow, and served on the Dell Advisory Board for 2 years.  I have been involved in the technical and instructional aspects of Educational Technology since 1982 as both a classroom teacher  and as an administrator. Through various consulting opportunities, membership on many "working" committees, I have made many friends that have taught me well.  I enjoy the opportunities  to  present at various state and national conferences and brainstorm with all of the technical experts I meet every day.  

Personally, I have been married to a great guy for 33 years, have 2 successful daughters, 1 son\-in\-law, 1 dog, 3 grand dogs, and a VERY energetic mom with whom I share my love of growing plants.  Overall, I love life!
