I'm having the best times of my life when I decide to undergone my knee surgery and Knee Replacement Recovery plays a vital role for me. My experience having my knee done has been a tremendous asset for me. And, I’ve had a lot of the patients tell me they really appreciate having a therapist that has been through it, has laid in that bed, had the pain. They jokingly say all the therapists ought to have to go through and get a total knee. It’s been an insight for me, but it’s also added to the rapport that I establish with the patients, them knowing that I’ve been through it, and they appreciate that. It has been great because most people would look at the fact that, oh, I’ve got to hang the Christmas lights. I can get up there and do that. If I had not had my knee done, we wouldn’t have been taking the grand kids to parks and take hikes, or at least I wouldn’t have been enjoying in the experience of it. From that perspective, it has given me back my life to be able to do the things. Again I’m 61 years old. I want to be able to do all of those things that are laying out there yet for me to do with the grand kids and with my wife. It’s given me back the opportunity to do all those things that I want to do with them.
