I combined my law degree and legal experience with a long-time love of marketing to create a career I love. I acquired Lawyers Marketing Agency of January 2008 and we just changed the name in September of 2011 to Lawyers Marketing Associates, Inc. to better reflect our mission of law firm development, growth and marketing through strategic analysis and planning; from a lawyer, for law firms. I have spoken at various seminars and webinars on a variety of subjects, such as legal marketing, creating a marketing plan & budget, how to brand law firms for market dominance, how to use PR to market your firm, communications and branding, outdoor advertising for lawyers, television buying for lawyers, creating budget through yellow page reduction, and others. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering time and energy for various charities including Easter Seals - United Cerebral Palsy, the Walk for Hope and the Susan J. Komen - Breast Cancer events. My husband Michael and I own an organic farm outside of Raleigh.
