I'm a lifelong learner, storyteller, and M.A. graduate in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. My work explores how people learn, grow, and make meaning through experience, culture, wellness, and human connection.

Across education, social\-emotional learning, wellness, travel, and digital media, I translate lived experiences into stories, frameworks, and learning opportunities that inspire reflection and action.

Whether I'm documenting a local discovery, developing a family learning experience, exploring wellness practices, or building creative projects, I'm guided by a simple belief: some of life's greatest lessons are found beyond the classroom.
