Born and raised in New Jersey, Jeffrey "Jeff" Laino has lived there his entire life. He was raised in a culturally rich environment with an Italian father and a mother of mixed Irish, German, and Swiss heritage. This diverse background has greatly influenced his approach to life, encouraging an open-minded and adaptable attitude toward new experiences and challenges. Over the years, Jeff’s career has been marked by versatility. He has worked in various fields, starting with roles as a party planner and machine programmer. These early experiences gave him unique skills, combining creativity and technical know-how. His time as a party planner sharpened his organizational and customer service abilities, while his work as a machine programmer honed his problem-solving and analytical skills. This wide range of experience has made him adaptable and well-suited for various professional environments. In addition to his career, Jeff has always had a strong passion for fitness and sports. He has competed in numerous regional and national events and earned several titles. His athletic pursuits have brought him personal satisfaction and taught him valuable discipline, perseverance, and goal-setting lessons. These qualities have carried over into his professional life, where they have helped him remain focused and determined in the face of challenges. Jeff’s educational background began at Washington School, where he completed his elementary education. From there, he attended Westwood Junior High School before transferring to Bergen Catholic High School, where he graduated in 1999. His high school years shaped his academic and personal growth, providing him with the foundation for future success. After high school, Jeff briefly attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst before transferring to Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2000. At Ramapo, he pursued a degree in information systems technology, which he completed in 2004. While at Ramapo, he was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society, which recognizes academic excellence in business administration. This recognition was a testament to his commitment to his studies and dedication to achieving success in all areas of his life.
