## Profile
- Name: Tania
- About me: MEDIA LAW
Course: BA Journalism

Favorite novel: Kafka on the Shore. This book was a mind\-bending voucher into a metaphysical realm where cats talk and fishes pour from the sky. It made me realize how much I craved for a place that is not governed by the boundaries of time, but no matter where I go, I'll never escape reality, so I have to face it head on.

Favorite film: Requiem for a Dream. It's a dark and disturbingly beautiful film about people who lost themselves and depended on drugs to fulfill their desires. I loved the cinemtography, the story\-line, and most especially the message of the film since it raises awareness not only about the negative effects of drugs, but also the stigmatization attached to it.

Favorite media practitioner: Ma'am Kara David. I grew up watching her on television and somehow, I idolized the way she often carries herself. With her strong demeanor and palpable presence, among other things, I admire how she tells stories without bias and prejudice but with humbleness and sincerity.

Favorite song: One Day by Kodaline. It's a song that never fails to make me cry whenever I listen to it. It's like listening to a friend consoling you, hugging you, and telling you everything's going to be alright.

Favorite meal: Kare\-kare. Ever since I was kid, I loved the way my grandmother's cooking is different from everybody else, and Kare\-kare was one of those dishes that had a unique taste to it. Growing up, I got used to its taste and was always looking for it no matter where I go.

Hobbies: Painting, sometimes playing ukelele or piano, photography, graphic design
