After a role in Amsterdam social politics, I developed ways to urban progress in Europe. My analysises take their point of depart always from the local reality. Not from the subsidies frames. That is why I continue to have friends in Spain (Catalunya), France (Lille, Grenoble and Paris regions), Great Britain (Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow). Germany (Ruhr region). And many other places in the EU.
