Heather C. Richter is a practicing Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a passion for driving meaningful change across complex systems. With experience leading enterprise-wide improvements in Planning, IT, Design-Engineering, Operations, and Finance, she’s partnered with program management offices and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance UX, and align government and business requirements. Her work spans organizations of less than 50 employees to over 20,000 employees, where she’s facilitated Kaizen events, redesigned internal platforms, and championed data-driven decision-making.Heather’s leadership style is bold and unapologetically team-first — fiercely assertive in executive spaces when advocating for her project teams, and deeply supportive within them. A passionate mentor and former college lecturer, she’s committed to building Lean communities that foster collaboration, growth, and shared success.
