In 2002 I retired after 32 years in education. I miss the kids but I LOVE retirement. I keep busy with weaving, reading and volunteering and traveling when we can. This year I'm getting to travel again. In 2010 I was lucky enough to go to a Tinkuy (gathering) of Weavers in Cuzco Peru. This trip is my main reason for entering the world of blogging. I'm hoping it will be an effective way that friends and family will be able to join me on my trip. I usually post something if it is even remotely related to weaving, textiles or fiber. One of my goals for 2017 is to post more often.
