well what can I say about my self?? well, i'm 37! a single mum ! I have been a florist since I left school, but left the trade 12 years ago to work at Asda. I have worked in retail all my working career, I have been an events co-ordinator, I have been a recruitment consultant and a HR adviser, a produce supervisor and a checkout operator then returned to floristry 2 year ago and I have just taken on a new challenge, working towards a FDA Contemporary Textiles degree, I am quite creative and love working with flowers, and I would love to one day own my own flower shop, but to be a bit out of the ordinary kind of flower shop, i want to create my own floral bridal bouquets with a difference! I am hoping that my textiles degree will help me brush up on different techniques and fabric manipulation to help me create some really quirky and eye catching creations.
