Devyani Kapoor

Ms. Devyani Kapoor is the Founder and CEO of Edudevs - Upskilling Education and Edudevs Knowledge Foundation, dedicated to delivering quality education to young educators and enhancing student learning outcomes. With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, she has collaborated with various key brands, rigorously working with diverse stakeholders in the education landscape. As a strategic consultant and advisor to education boards, she empowers youth, encouraging children and young people to take charge of their lives. An alumna of St. Stephen's College, Ms. Kapoor is also a published author with Cambridge Publications in the United Kingdom, having authored several CBSE curriculum books. Her expertise lies in empowering educators through capacity building, enabling them to become change-makers within their communities. She has initiated various Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) projects aimed at improving literacy and numeracy skills among students, focusing on innovative teaching methodologies and community engagement to foster a holistic learning environment. She is currently making strides in various institutions, integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into all programs. As a social impact leader, Ms. Kapoor has trained and empowered over 1 lakh educators and more than 50,000 students across Haryana, Delhi, NCR, and Uttar Pradesh. Her experiential journey has been instrumental in creating community leaders. She is working on her upcoming book, *Humming Classrooms & Notorious Corridors,* and has received numerous accolades, including the “Iconic Edupreneur of the Year 2021,” “Women of Substance Network & Award 2022,” and “Women Leadership Award 2022.” Additionally, she was selected by Reliance Foundation and Vital Voices for the WomenLead India Fellowship 2022-2023, solidifying her role as a thought leader, strategic consultant, and school development strategist in the education community.
