In essence, it provides APV eCoolRoof® the ability to resist UV degradation, guard against abrasions, restrict the growth of mold and mildew, and repel dirt on a roof’s surface. 

The APV eCoolRoof® Elastomeric Acrylic Basecoat is specifically formulated to smooth over small surface cracks/holes and function as a tenacious bonding layer for the APV eCoolRoof® topcoat.
