20+ years of experience as a strategic marketing and operations leader, with a career that has spanned roles as CEO, COO, and CMO of start-ups to senior leadership positions within global organizations. Early in my career, I focused on building and scaling operations that laid the foundation for high-performing marketing and sales teams. While leading from the helm was rewarding, I found my greatest satisfaction in operationalizing marketing, sales, and web operations for others, where I could combine my broad experience in technology and systems with the joy of mentoring emerging marketers. For me, data has always been the delta between theory and execution. I leverage it to deepen personas, optimize funnels, refine customer journeys, and shape strategies that elevate lifetime value. From SaaS to consumer goods, from dog food to athleisure wear, I’ve managed B2C, D2C, B2B, and B2E initiatives with a focus on using data to deliver experiences that delight customers,drive conversions, foster advocacy, and increase revenue. Processes are my passion, but I believe true impact comes from tailoring them to the unique needs of teams and stakeholders. A well-crafted process not only creates efficiency but also unifies a team, aligning strategy with execution in a way that accelerates success. At the core of my career is storytelling. I’ve published more than 20 nonfiction and fiction books and authored millions of words across white papers, case studies, scripts, ebooks, press releases, and advertisements. Whether through narrative or data-driven campaigns, I thrive on shaping content that informs, resonates, and performs. Along the way, I’ve maintained hands-on expertise with tools and platforms across the marketing and operations ecosystem, including Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Facebook Advertising, Iterable, Salesforce (Admin in progress), Looker, Webflow, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Act-On, Zoho, and more. Today, I bring together leadership, data, process design, and storytelling to transform marketing operations into scalable engines of growth, while mentoring the next generation of marketers to find their own success.
