- About me: <a href\="https://cleanketo.de//"\>Keto</a\> is such a diet. For years I have been looking for the right diet. My keto experience showed me what to look out for. I recommend that you only eat fat and protein for at least a month because this is how your body learns to get its energy from ketones and glucose. With the <a href\="https://cleanketo.de/keto/"\>Ketogenic diet</a\>, we aim to adapt our body to fat, which means that we teach our body to use fat as a source of energy.
