- About me: I can write for days about all of the things around me, but when you flip it around and ask me to write about myself, I clam up.  I don't know what to say, I don't know where to start, I don't know what you will find interesting and what you will find mundane.  So I will just start by saying that I am a mother, and as a mother I have made mistakes.  Too many mistakes to tell, and too many to hard to say out loud.  I have not always made the smartest choices, but I am a smart woman.  I am the only daughter of a beautiful woman, and a stranger of a man, neither of whom deserve the hell I put them through in my past.  I am a sister to two brothers, neither of whom I can truly say that I know.  I am a friend to a few, an acquaintance to many, and a stranger to most.  I am an average woman, and with my years I have grown to appreciate an average life.  There are aspects of my life that are like gleaming rays of pure joy, complete perfection, sheer happiness...I have a boyfriend that most women would trip over themselves to have, he really is a gem.  He treats me like I have never been treated before; with respect and kindness and love.  Like I am the most beautiful woman he has ever set eyes on and as though I have no flaws, physical or otherwise.  He makes me breathe easier every day and makes me proud to be his girlfriend.  I have stellar children that make me smile on even my saddest days, and I am proud to say that those kinds of days are further and further apart anymore.  I am a good person today, I like who I am, I am glad to be where I am, doing what I am doing...
