Eric Dixon is a dedicated Reserve Specialist and Reserve Analyst at Felten Property Assessment Team (FPAT) in Gainesville, Florida, where he plays a key role in providing expert reserve studies for condominium associations and homeowner associations (HOAs) across the state.
