I'm a mid 40's husband,father of two wonderful girls, and a small business owner. I have been a football fan since I was 8. I am a fan of the game and enjoy watching any pair of teams as long as it is a good game. I have a desire to write a book on tailgating and the food and snacks that go with it. I'm looking to find recipes for grilling and making the snacks that fans enjoy when tailgating and supporting their favourite teams. The purpose of this blog is to be a resource for sharing ideas and receive the most popular and identifing foods for every NFL team. That will become the basis of my book and I will be grateful for any assistance in getting pictures of the best and craziest tailgaters and the food that fuels them.
