Ardavon Moayer is a proven sales leader with a strong background in the real estate industry. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, he began his professional journey as a semi-pro soccer player before pursuing real estate. His early accomplishments reflected a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to recognize opportunities across growing and established communities. His leadership approach is shaped by discipline, teamwork, and focus values learned through his experience as an athlete. He manages with a coaching mindset, emphasizing preparation, mindset, and clear expectations. He believes individuals perform purposefully and consistently when understanding the “why” behind their goals. This philosophy has helped improve sales performance, strengthen client relationships, and build trust within his teams. His achievements earned him recognition from the Orlando Business Journal as one of the “People on the Move 2024,” along with two President’s Club Awards for exceptional performance. He is also the co-creator and co-host of the podcast “Bricks & Banter,” which explores real estate, networking, and entrepreneurship to educate and inspire others. In his most recent role as National Trainer for Cannonball Moments, he utilized his expertise in new home sales to deliver nationwide training programs for builders and developers. His sessions focused on leadership, customer experience, and sales development, helping teams align strategy with measurable outcomes. Before this, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing for DRB Homes in Orlando, where he managed due diligence, marketing initiatives, and land negotiations while leading the successful launch of nine new communities across Florida. Earlier, he worked with Dream Finders Homes, where he advanced from Sales Consultant to Director of Sales. He managed over 20 sales professionals and multiple Area Managers while overseeing the rollout of the Tampa Division. His leadership helped build strong operations and community awareness in new markets. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Seminole State College and certifications as a Federal and State Paralegal and in Corporate Finance and Environmental Governance. At 26, he taught himself to play the piano, showing his dedication to learning and growth. Ardavon Moayer continues to lead with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
