Creative Catastrophizing

I'm an older and write Speculative Fiction and Ghost stories. I use this genre as a way to deal creatively with issues that come up in my life. My motto is: "Can't take it/write a story". It's amazing how writing a story not only takes "the sting away" but also can lead to a creative--even fun--experience.
