Unsung Sheroes 2016

Born and raised in California, left in 1976 to join the Army. Have missed it ever since I left. I miss the variety and the ease of living. I also miss liberal thinking which is what we Californians are known for. I now live in Maryland with my husband if 37 years. We have been in MD after 33 years. It is hard to find liberal thinkers in a relatively conservative wanting to be liberal state. I am married and have two grown daughters. One has blessed me with grandchildren. A boy and a girl. I have managed to finish college with a BA, BS, PA, MPH and a DTh. The credentials of Physician Assisrant opened up avenues of development that were unprecedented prior to the course. Being a PA led me to one of my biggest joys, working in Europe for nine incredible months at the World a Health Organization. This position opened doors for me to work in the international arena on the other side of the ocean in America. Ian a bit of a spiritualist and am always ready to scoot off to do something that will expand my brain.
