Gayle Taylor Davis
GAYLE TAYLOR DAVIS was born in Pasco, Washington. She later moved with her family to Ceres, California, located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. After graduating from California State University, Fresno with a degree in English and a Teaching Credential, she taught in the Clovis Unified School District where she was twice selected Teacher of the Year. Married to her college sweetheart for 32 years. his death in 2005 prompted her to write to survive her grief. Now remarried, she currently lives in Clovis, California with her husband Dave, their dogs Ricky and Lucy, and cat Sophie. Publishing Credits: GRIEF SUCKS, BUT LOVE BEARS ALL THINGS, Non-fiction poetry and prose, Linden Publishing; The San Joaquin Review, Literary Journal; Central Valley Magazine; The Fresno Bee; The Clovis Independent.
