I am a Post Graduate student at SOAS starting in September 2012. I have spent 5 years previous to this in N Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo working in conflict zones and am looking to this year to help me try and make sense of my experiences overseas. My hope is my blog will in some ways interesting to people who are contemplating further study but who are a bit older than the average undergraduate.
