The purpose wildniagara was created was to bring together like minded organizations and people within the environmental sector to share ideas, resources and a common calendar. There is too much duplication of services and very few volunteers or funding to do so. Unfortunately Niagara's environmental personalities did not allow this to happen. So for now this page will be used to publish outdoor and environmental articles as I have a love of writing and sharing helpful information. I was writing for Bullet News Niagara for a couple years but decided to end submitting to a commercial format. I will however republish several of those articles here before resuming with any new articles. These articles contained information I would like to make available on a permanent basis. I believe in digital media over paper for that reason as well as environmental ones. Digital media will last as long as it remains relevant but paper will only last until it decays in the ditch at the end of someones driveway.
