I've made a career change called early retirement, and am delighting in the freedom of creative writing, oil painting and enjoying the company of my personal hero. Gone are the late nights marking exam papers, setting up practical sessions and creating PowerPoint lectures complete with digital pics of specific features of path specimens. As much as I loved my job and my students, with a heartfelt sigh - now I feel truly blessed.
