There are many ways to improve your health without resorting to drugs. Many natural foods and plants are where the original drugs were found. This blog is for those of us who believe that most health problems can be helped using natures gifts. Discussion of problems, what was useful and what isn't is the reason for this blog to exist. Personally, I have been following this path for over 50 years and believe that publicity in an open forum such as this is of more benefit than reading the drug representative's blurb or trusting in your doctor's understanding.
