Head the International Creative division of Magnon, which is a leading Indian Interactive Media company. Have been with the company and in the business of Web Design, Web Development, E-commerce, Internet Marketing since the internet really started taking shape in India, since 2000. My role in the company has continuously evolved from being the front line Creative Development person to heading Creative Department for the International Business. Currently am involved in building the organization, as a part of the management of the company along with a set of able colleagues. Have very ambitious plans of growing the company organically into a strong 50 member team within the financial year.
