Leadership roles in district association (union) include Negotiation Committee 2012, At-Large Board Member, building rep and AR of the Year runner up 3 times, RA Delegate for 2012 NEA convention, attended state House of Delegates 5 years, membership committee for district, voter's committee for state, attended 3 years Leadership training, and involved with Math Consortium for 2 years revising year-end testing questions and new Common Core realignment.
