I've been itching and scratching my Psoriasis since I was diagnosed at the age of 28. I developed psoriatic arthritis a few years later. The only thing that takes mind off of itching and scratching are my social media sites. I try and use them all to get the word out that Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis are Not contagious.
