From high rate DLA to 0 points for PIP. The DM having no information or evidence on my condition decided that I can walk 200 meters despite having 2 doctors letters saying I cannot walk more than a few steps. I waited over a year for a tribunal and then was not given the opportunity to take part in it. The judges reasoning shows discrimination and ignorance. No I am waiting to hear from the court about a second tier hearing which I will not be able to attend as my leg is broken because I could not afford to pay my carer and fell down the stairs causing 2 spiral fractures that cannot heal because I still have to walk on it or starve
