information technology student seeking an entry level position in networking and security. Proven team player with the ability to complete projects on time, communicate effectively and multi task. Seeking a position that utilizes and enhances my education to contribute to the company’s continuing success. Currently looking for entry level or Internship positions while I complete my Associates degree in Network Administration/Engineering/Security at Saint Paul College. I have a diverse background with computers/networking and troubleshooting. I built my first PC when Intel introduced the p90 back in the early-mid 90s and have been building ever since. I wired my last house with copper gigabit (cat5e) and set up a small 48 port network. I helped my last long term employer roll out software updates when the mac support was unable to keep up. I helped users trouble shoot issues, connectivity and "user issues" as well as wrote simple apple scripts to automate the mounting of server mount points to simplify the network for many users. I helped the storage group trouble shoot OS X slowness and connectivity issues with the Isilon Storage Solution.
