Leadership Threads

Judith consults in educational matters at senior levels of leadership. She facilitates appraisal, vision and mission and critical crises processes with school and ecclesial communities. Judith is also an ontological coach. Her doctoral thesis investigated educational leaders' insights about how they manage their external demands whilst remaining faithful to their community commitments. The psycho-social constructions of leaders' identities are currently of particular interest. How leaders give and make sense of high velocity events is a current research stream for her.
