Louise is co-founder and partner of Intentional Communication Consultants, whose focus is on building greater trust, understanding and collaboration in workplace relationships. Louise's work is informed by her academic background in psychology and her experience of working with emotional intelligence, mindfulness and the emerging field of neuroscience.
