Here sits Gus, my first Scottie, a rescue from STCGNY I was fortunate enough to adopt in 2008. He was such an amazing boy who captured my heart effortlessly; he was so easy to love. Not much of a barker, he was very well behaved and friendly to all who approached him, including the kitty I had at the time. We weren't sure of his age and didn't know too much about his background, but I prefer to think he was surrendered by someone who was facing hard times and that he was meant to find a new home with me. Gus has since gone to The Rainbow Bridge, but the love and joy he provided me will remain in my heart forever.
