I am a licensed C.P.A. and a member of the American Institute of CPA's. I am also a member of my state accountancy society as well as the Institute of Management Accountants. Previously, I held a position as a Senior Financial Analyst for a publicly held corporation. For the last twelve years, I have worked for a privately held company as a Controller.
