Predatory Stalking is done by weak minded individuals that were bullied or Harassed at one time and found that the power to hurt people is like a aphrodisiac to them. Using Electronic Harassment given to Watch Groups to target good people that they do not like for some reason or another. My neighbor across the street participates in this satanic barbaric type behavior but then again after looking into the History of his family members I find that they all have Criminal records for Drugs, Breaking and Entering, Assault, Trespassing, just to name a few. Even the old man that is in his 70's was recently arrested for assault. Real Winners Huh..
